Turkey Academic Archive (HARMAN)
Developed by TUBİTAK ULAKBİM ,Turkey Academic Archive which contacts relations between search engine services(service providers) and national open access archives and periodicals(data providers) is the metadata collation software that provides access to the open access content required in accordance with international standards. It is aimed to provide access through the Academic Archive address and collate National Enterprise Open Archive content metadata.
All of the theses in the National Thesis Center archive were transferred to the digital environmentby the "Electronic Thesis Archive Project". Theses transferred to digital environment by Electronic Thesis Archive have been allowed to "reproduce and publish" by their authors and opened to full text acess (pdf). As a result of the objections received from the authors of the thesis about the opening of theses as a full text, the pdf files of some theses cannot be accessed.
TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM provides online hosting services and an editorial workflow management system for academic journals published in Turkey via JournalPark platform.
TR Index developed by ULAKBİM covers five subject fields; namely, Medical Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences and Humanities, Life Sciences, and Law. The index can be scanned from August 2000 onwards. In addition to the bibliographic information (article name, author, self, etc.) of the articles of the journals, the full text of the article can be accessed depending on the agreement on the participation permit signed between the ULAKBİM directorate and the journal editors.

It is an open access scientific journal database containing over 1000 journals and journals' articles on various subjects.

Open Access Publishing in European Networks (OAPEN )
It is a database with open access academic books in the field of humanities and social sciences.
It contains publications prepared by the World Trade Organization (WTO) every year under many trade sub-titles. Publications can only be read online and cannot be downloaded in pdf format.
Internatioanl Trade Center (ITC)
Full text access to all publications open to electronic access and published by the International Trade Center (ITC) can be provided and downloaded as PDF.
United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD )
Full text access to all publications published by UNCTAD and open to electronic access is available and can be downloaded as PDF.
Documents & Reports, previously known as World Development Sources (WDS), contains more than 145,000 World Bank documents which are made available to the public to better share the institution's knowledge base and to implement the access to information policy. The types of documents you will find include: Board Documents (items concerning meetings of the Executive Directors); Country Focus (strategic priorities and directions for lending activities); Economic and Sector Work (in-depth background studies); Project Documents (loan/credit related documents released to the public according to the project cycle, including legal agreements); and Publications and Research (formal publications, working papers and informal series from departments around the Bank.
